Decorated concrete is very durable and its life span can be considerably extended if it is properly maintained.
Stamped concrete in some cases is even more durable than normal concretes (polished, brushed, etc.), especially if color hardener was used. This is because the hardening color increases the strength of the concrete and the ability to resist abrasion.
To clean and care for decorated concrete, simply use high pressure water and mild soap. For stubborn stains, you can apply dish soap, scrub with a broom, and rinse well to remove any residue. Interior surfaces that do not have a drain can be mopped clean, and exterior surfaces can be pressure cleaned, at a maximum pressure of 1500 psi.

• Do not use special liquids, commercial cleaners, chlorine or any other product that contains chemicals that can affect the properties of the sealant.
• Do not use metal wheels or drag sharp objects on the surface.
• Do not allow excess water to evaporate on the floor.
• It is recommended to reseal your decorated concrete every year or year and a half; This is the best way to protect it against penetration of moisture, sun, chemicals, dust, and abrasion. Also to avoid loss of color and shine. It should be noted that the frequency of resealing will depend on how busy the pedestrian or vehicular concrete area is, and the chemical products to which it is exposed.
