For many years, the only solution to fix a concrete that was in good condition, but with some cracks, stains or minor damage, was to demolish it and do it again. In 1986 a new system for concrete repair was developed.

RESURFACER is a white mortar, a coating made from polymers, chemical additives and cement, which allows it to be spread and stamped on existing concrete. This coating can be applied 2 to 4 mm thick using a resurfacer squeegee and immediately afterwards a broom to create a fine, medium or coarse brushing texture; as you wish. It must be applied on any hard surface (porcelain, concrete, marble, vitrified, etc.) that does not contain loose material or that can be easily detached.

The purpose of adding a polymer to cement is to greatly increase its strength and versatility, unlike conventional concretes and mortars. Due to their thin thickness, resurfacing coatings are an excellent option for reviving areas where existing concrete is old, damaged or no longer meets the expectations for which it was created.

It is designed for both indoor and outdoor use and can also be oxidized to give it a special touch. It is also an excellent option for new concrete that has not been as required.

It is ideal for roads, pedestrian floors, parking lots, garages, walkways and many other places, where you do not want to do the demolition work of the existing concrete. Due to its special characteristics, there will not be a rupture as would happen with conventional concrete; it is also much more resistant to adverse weather conditions, chemicals, UV rays and heavy traffic.
