Description
Moisture mitigating 100% solids epoxy primer that wicks into the concrete surface and prevents hydrostatic pressure from coming through. Excellent penetration and adhesion to wet or dry concrete. Use as primer before other epoxy/urethane systems. Also use as a primer with sand broadcast prior to applying cementitious coating systems.
