Vapor Block is a 100% solids epoxy that mitigates moisture absorption by the concrete surface and prevents hydrostatic pressure penetration. It offers excellent penetration and adhesion to both wet and dry concrete. Use as a primer before applying other epoxy/urethane systems. It can also be used as a sandblasted primer before applying cementitious coating systems.
